style=\"text-align: justify;\">2.2 \u5de5\u5e8f\u5206\u6790<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u94a2\u7403\u52a0\u5de5\u4e2d\u7684\u5149\u7403\u3001\u78e8\u7403\u548c\u7814\u74033\u4e2a\u5de5\u5e8f\u90fd\u53ef\u80fd\u4ea7\u751f\u94a2\u7403\u70e7\u4f24\u3002\u7ecf\u7edf\u8ba1\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u8fd93\u4e2a\u5de5\u5e8f\u4ea7\u751f\u70e7\u4f24\u7684\u51e0\u7387\u5206\u522b\u5360\u70e7\u4f24\u603b\u6570\u768417%\uff0c76%\u548c7%\u3002\u5404\u5de5\u5e8f\u53d1\u751f\u70e7\u4f24\u51e0\u7387\u7684\u7edf\u8ba1\u6570\u636e\u89c1\u88681\u3002<\/p>\n<div \u5149\u7403\u5de5\u5e8f\u7531\u4e8e\u538b\u529b\u5927\u3001\u901f\u5ea6\u5feb\uff0c\u4ea7\u751f\u70e7\u4f24\u6bd4\u7387\u4e5f\u8f83\u9ad8\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u662f\u5149\u7403\u5de5\u5e8f\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u6dec\u706b\u70e7\u4f24\uff08\u5982\u53d8\u8272\u7403\uff09\uff0c\u5bf9\u94a2\u7403\u5bff\u547d\u5f71\u54cd\u6700\u5927\uff08\u4f46\u5f53\u524d\u88ab\u4e0d\u5c11\u94a2\u7403\u5382\u6240\u5ffd\u89c6\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p \u7814\u7403\u5de5\u5e8f\u4ea7\u751f\u5c11\u91cf\u7684\u70b9\u72b6\u3001\u7ebf\u72b6\u56de\u706b\u70e7\u4f24\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u5df2\u63a5\u8fd1\u52a0\u5de5\u5230\u6210\u54c1\u800c\u4e0d\u597d\u6d88\u9664\uff0c\u540c\u6837\u5b58\u5728\u5f71\u54cd\u94a2\u7403\u5bff\u547d\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2.3 \u94a2\u7403\u89c4\u683c\u5206\u6790<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
